Replacement Policy

At ZappyLights, we are committed to delivering quality products. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, we offer a replacement-only policy.


Replacement Eligibility

We offer free replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective or not working properly

  • You received the wrong item


Replacement Window

  • You must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery


How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving a replacement


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations (color/brightness differences due to screen settings)

  • Improper use or physical damage caused by the customer


Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost

  • Delivery time for replacement: 5–7 business days


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
